By accessing or using MorningPick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use MorningPick. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You retain full ownership of the photos, wardrobe data, and any other content you upload to MorningPick ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload. We do not pre-screen content, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Outfit suggestions, resale listing descriptions, and related outputs are generated by third-party AI models (Groq). These outputs are provided for convenience and inspiration only. MorningPick makes no guarantees about the accuracy, suitability, or originality of AI-generated content. You should review and adjust AI-generated listings before publishing them on third-party platforms.
The Service provides links to third-party resale platforms (Vinted, Depop, Vestiaire Collective, eBay, Sellpy). MorningPick is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. Any transactions conducted on third-party platforms are solely between you and that platform, subject to their own terms and policies.
The MorningPick name, logo, branding, website design, and original code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our explicit written permission.
Font Awesome icons are used under the Font Awesome Free License. Google Fonts (Playfair Display, Inter) are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using MorningPick, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorningPick and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim. MorningPick is currently a free service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MorningPick and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Lund, Sweden.
